I have been requesting to cancel my subscription since January this year, it keeps coming up on my credit card as a charge every month. I cant find any way to talk direct to you people, please advise.

Double charges come from people who subscribed twice. Login problems come
from people that forgets passwords.

Folks will cancel for their own reasons. However, and said respectfully, if one trades the Emini S&P 500 and/or futures, a person could be making a serious mistake. Just a little something to think about. Best of everything to you, sir.

I cancelled my account within 7 days of my free access by posting it on your forum(since I couldn't find another way to cancel and you never replied to this thread), yet paypal still charged me. I'm hoping this was a mistake and you would refund the money for me. my account name is chang14

check junk mail. you're username and password were emailed to you. You can also use the I forgot my password button to reset it using the email you registered with.

brand new NOOB here...any recommended reading?

I was unable to sign up, pay pal said my email is one of their accounts. I didn't know I had a pay pal account. I also noticed that the $29.99 per month is every month for 12 months. This seems dishonest, if the cost is 300 bucks, say so and dont give the illusion that someone is only on the hook for $29.99. Giving this sight a try suddenly got expensive, not that $300 is that much but if I'm going to have to read the fine print VS the advertised price I think I will go else where. The other comments below are not encouraging either.

It is true Bank. I am the owner of the site. It is a month to month subscription which is explained. You can cancel at anytime. Paypal defaults to 12 months, but there is nothing I can do about that. With paypal the subscriber is in charge of their subscription. Thanks for the concern. I'm happy to clear that up for you.
