    I still can not get the spread sheet to work even after having ToS open first. I have a #ref! where data should be what can i do to fix this, I enabled everything in excel

    Ricky, When windows updates the problem may return.

    Try this:

    Set both the thinkorswim.exe and excel.exe files (in “Program Files” or the “Program Files (x86)” folder) to “Run as Administrator.”

    Go to C:Program Files(86)thinkorswim Right Click on thinkorswim.exe, go to the Compatibility tab check the “Run as Administrator” box at the bottom.

    Do the same for Excel.exe in Microsoft office folder.
