On Thursday morning, December 25th, build 1244 will be released. New features include:
* Chart Tab: thinkAI is our new trading tool that uses pattern matching algorithms and artificial intelligence technology to project a possible price range for a stock or index. thinkAI is available on intraday charts, and begins after the first 5 minutes of trading with a 15 minute projection. As the trading day progresses and more data is collected, thinkAI extends its projection up to 2 hours. In addition, look for new 400-tick, 1600-tick and 3200-tick charts; transparent clouds in the visualization of some studies (Ichimoku, Bollinger, etc.); and synchronization of drawings across charts for the same symbol.
* thinkScript Tool: 5 new studies – Parabolic SAR, Wilder’s Smoothing, Trend Quality, Ergodic Oscillator, and ATRWilder – as well as 3 new functions – Median price (e.g. (H + L)/2), Welles Wilder’s average (smoothing), and tickSize (minimum possible tick size for current symbol).
* Active Trader Tool: display all working orders, even those outside of the visible price range; display volume per price as horizontal bars; filter time and sales by trade quantity; improved drag and drop order management on chart.
* Trade Tab: predefined order quantities in order entry section; change column headings by clicking on the top of the column and choosing a new field from the info layout menu; create user-defined default order types for stock, option, futures and forex orders from the Setup box; more user-friendly GUI by indenting headings.
* Watch Tab: complete list of all FX pairs.
* General: you can now enable or disable the opening and closing bell; bid, ask, last, net change and percent change have been added in the upper right hand corner.
