I was wondering if you could me understand the cost and capital requirements involved. I’m trying to figure out how much capital I would need in my account if I were to trade 3 contracts (and use the scale-out method you show). I understand each contract is $3500, so if I buy 3 contracts, I would need $10,500, correct? But how do the margin maintenance requirements work? I would need additional money in my account for that I assume – so $10,500 plus the money needed for margin maintenance?
